Versant Health

GCS-SIGAL provided interior renovation work for the Versant Health-Davis Vision building. This project consisted of 38,000 square feet of existing tenant office space, including the complete demolition of the previous SCIF space and the buildout of new tenant space for Versant Health/Davis Vision. The new tenant area occupied two floors, half of the 2nd and the entire 3rd floor at 881 Elkridge Landing Boulevard. The scope of work included the addition of offices, training rooms, conference rooms, work rooms, phone rooms, new ADA restrooms, and pantries.
