Northeastern University - 15th floor

GCS-SIGAL is providing preconstruction management services for Northeastern University. The Boston-based college is opening a campus in Arlington to host graduate-level classes and grow its Defense-Based programs. Northeastern University will increase its federal contract and grant portfolio footprint. Its proximity to the federal government will help facilitate its education and research needs.

The 15th-floor office build-out will consist of 18,200 square feet. The scope of work will include office spaces, collaborative meeting rooms, and immersive learning rooms for its students that will help shape and prepare learners for leadership in future job roles.
