Elysium Logan

Elysium Logan, a 32-unit luxury condominium building in the heart of Logan Circle, included a new 8-story concrete infill building between two occupied residential properties, a habitable penthouse space with roof terraces, and an enclosed garage on the lower level. The building’s façade is a mix of architectural precast, metal panels, fiber cement metal panels, and EIFS, and the units feature some of the finest materials available including Poggenpohl cabinets and Waterworks fixtures.
