Chapman Stables is the renovation, modernization, and expansion of an existing property listed on the National Register of Historic Buildings. Beginning lift as a coal storage facility, later stables, and eventually an architectural salvage warehouse, Chapman Stables is now a 114-unit luxury condominium community, celebrating and preserving the history of the building while adding modern amenities.
