Michael Sigal

As President of GCS-SIGAL, Mike Sigal serves as executive leadership for all project administration and operations. Having been in the industry for over 25 years and being a lifelong D.C resident, Mike brings a unique perspective to business development and leads the team to find and take on challenging work in the Washington D.C, Virginia, and Maryland areas.

Under Mike’s leadership, GCS-SIGAL has performed renovations, modernizations, and buildouts of schools, retail spaces and restaurants, community centers, and multifamily housing. Mike is passionate about building the neighborhoods we live in and delivering exceptional service to all clients and stakeholders.
