Katie Phillips

Katie Phillips, the Director of Human Resources, is a professional with more than 20 years of experience in Human Resource Management. Since joining GCS-SIGAL in 2019, Katie is responsible for leadership coaching, company policy, compliance coordination, performance management, and recruitment.

An honors graduate of Texas Tech University, Katie’s extensive experience is vital in maintaining GCS-SIGAL’s company culture and talent management efforts. Her creative energies and on-task focus help keep the company strategies fresh and industry competitive.
