Gabe Oliver

Gabe Oliver brings his leadership and passion for design and construction to all of GCS-SIGAL’s projects. With more than 10 years at GCS-SIGAL and 22 years in the AEC industry, Gabe has a proven track record of successfully managing design teams from schematic design through construction, and his projects regularly deliver award-winning results for GCS-SIGAL clients.

As a GCS-SIGAL partner since 2022, Gabe leads the design teams and is responsible for bringing a number of new technologies to the company’s client services, including hi-definition scanning, Procore, and parametric modeling of complex elements. 

An engineering graduate of both North Dakota State University with a master’s in Architecture from Virginia Tech, Gabe’s vision and professional expertise has helped shape GCS-SIGAL’s reputation for historic preservation and modernization on some of the DMV region’s most iconic buildings.
