Dan Waldo

Dan Waldo leads operations and business development efforts for GCS-SIGAL. With more than 15 years experience working for the company, Dan became partner in 2022 and now coordinates all facets of the construction team. Prior to joining GCS-SIGAL, Dan oversaw numerous projects on behalf of the DC Department of General Services, earning a strong reputation as an expert on Design Builds.  

A graduate of the University of Maryland with nearly 20 years in the AEC industry, Dan has led GCS-SIGAL to strengthen the company’s high-quality services to clients. Regarded as a strong mentor in the construction industry, Dan works directly with project teams to ensure the design, budget, schedule and quality exceed client expectations.
