GCS-SIGAL provided tenant fit-out services for a new Raymond James high-profile, client-facing investment center. The scope included a new lobby, specialty-lit boardroom, pantry, community spaces, offices, and conference rooms.

Sophisticated finishes were installed throughout the space, such as a reclaimed wood plank feature in the lobby, aggregate terrazzo flooring, and woven textile carpeting.
