GCS-SIGAL provided tenant fit-out services, transforming the former Transwestern offices into new Raymond James offices in Tysons Tower. The scope included a modernized lobby, mothers/wellness room, pantry, conference rooms, office spaces, and community spaces. Sophisticated finishes were installed throughout, including a reclaimed wood feature wall, carpeting, and cabinetry.
Other updates included AV access controls, along with mechanical, sprinkler, electrical, and plumbing work, to create a refreshed and functional office environment.
