Montgomery College Roof Replacement

The Montgomery College Roof Replacement project included work on five distinct sections of the roof. The scope involved installing new stucco, metal, and siding, as well as new railings, flashings, and drains.

Throughout the project, special care was taken to protect existing mechanical units, ensuring that the structural integrity of the High Technology and Science Center on the Germantown campus was maintained while upgrading the facade.
