The world’s largest privately held insurance brokerage firm, Lockton Companies, provides insurance, risk management, and employee benefits. GCS-SIGAL completed a tenant fit-out for their corporate office, modernizing and expanding the space.

The scope of work included new office spaces, conference rooms, two lobby areas, bathrooms, and a dining area. High-end finishes were installed, featuring extensive wall coverings, wood walls and ceilings, fabric-wrapped panels, and quartz countertops. The office remained occupied during construction, and work was performed in four phases to provide sufficient swing space for occupants.
