GCS-SIGAL provided interior build-out services for KRAMER’s new 2nd-floor office in NW, Washington, DC. Our team worked within a tight schedule to create an upgraded workspace for this progressive project management firm in the heart of the District. The scope included installing interior walls, glass partitions, doors, frames, hardware, sliding doors, an exposed painting ceiling system, acoustical ceiling tiles, concrete flooring, carpet, vinyl composition tile, and millwork.

Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and ductwork were installed to meet the space layout. Additionally, the GCS-SIGAL team ensured compliance with LEED requirements, identifying further opportunities for energy efficiency and environmental responsibility.
