GCS-SIGAL delivered the Kipling House Condos, a four-story residential building in Capitol Hill, replacing a former commercial space. The multi-family building includes 49 units, ranging from 550 to 1,368 square feet, with 10% designated as affordable housing. Each unit features open floor plans, wood flooring, quartz countertops, two-toned kitchen cabinets, stainless steel appliances, gas stoves, stacked washers and dryers, and floor-to-ceiling triple-pane windows.
The building offers a roof deck with a grilling area, 23 partially below-grade parking spaces, and seven street-level spaces. Kipling House Condos underwent thorough review by the Historic Preservation Review Board and local Advisory Neighborhood Commission to align with the area’s historic standards.
