GCS-SIGAL has delivered three JPMorgan Chase projects in DC, encompassing various scope elements, including storefront modifications, offices, teller stations, communal spaces, 24-hour ATM vestibules, a data access bar, and an after-hours dispensary. The projects also involved upgrades to HVAC units, ductwork, electrical, plumbing, telecommunications, and security systems.

The GCS-SIGAL team executed designs that adhered to JPMorgan Chase standards, ensuring each location featured high-end interior finishes such as porcelain floor tiles, mosaics, acoustical ceilings, wood booths, and interior glazing, resulting in a polished and professional environment.
