GCS-SIGAL delivered a new 98,000 SF hotel located directly across from Nationals Ballpark in the bustling Navy Yard neighborhood. The Hampton Inn & Suites is a thirteen-story concrete structure featuring 168 hotel rooms, designed to cater to both leisure and business travelers.

The construction includes a fully equipped kitchen for food preparation, a breakfast room, and versatile meeting spaces. Additional amenities encompass hotel offices, a welcoming lobby, a fitness room, an employee break room, laundry facilities, and a loading dock area. A standout feature of the hotel is the rooftop bar and terrace, offering stunning views of the surrounding area. A unique porcelain tile rain screen enhances the building’s exterior, providing both aesthetic appeal and functional protection.
