The project involved the construction of a six-story academic facility with two stories of below-grade parking. Key features include a CNN television studio, production facilities, auditoriums, classrooms with interactive learning environments, art galleries, and studios. The structural design incorporated elaborate transfer girders to accommodate the large auditoriums, while the exterior features a mix of brick, precast elements, curtain walls, and punched windows.

The project presented challenges due to its technologically advanced design and construction within an active campus environment, requiring careful coordination to minimize disruptions.
