George Washington University’s Ames Hall, located on the Mount Vernon Campus, underwent a full renovation and modernization, transforming it from a residence hall and campus-life center into a state-of-the-art academic facility. The building features advanced technology classrooms, faculty offices, lounges, study rooms, dining venues, and event spaces, all equipped with LCD projectors, ceiling-mounted document cameras, interactive whiteboards, and touch-screen control systems.
The project also included roof work, façade reconditioning, the addition of a new loading dock with an asphalt drive, and landscaping to match the campus.
