Four Seasons Hotel & Bourbon Steak Restaurant

Four Seasons Hotel & Bourbon Steak Restaurant

Washington, DC

The renovation and expansion of the Four Seasons Hotel in Georgetown was a fast-track, design-assist project. The scope included extensive renovations to the lobby, spa, and hotel rooms. The existing Bourbon Steak Restaurant was modernized with a state-of-the-art kitchen, a new lounge area, and an upgraded bar. The dining room features custom millwork walls, wood floors, and cold cathode light fixtures, while the marble bar is enhanced with illuminated glass portals. The private dining area is equipped with operable partitions and noise-reducing features for added privacy.

The 5-star hotel remained fully operational throughout construction. GCS-SIGAL erected a temporary lobby in the courtyard, utilizing custom landscaped planters and topiaries to define and elevate the appearance of the temporary space, ensuring a seamless experience for guests.
