Fairmont Hotel

The Fairmont Hotel is a ten-story luxury hotel located in Washington, DC’s prominent West End neighborhood. GCS-SIGAL fulfilled the hotel’s ambitious request for a new ballroom, courtyard, and lobby while maintaining public access throughout the renovation process.

The newly designed Kennedy Ballroom transforms a former conference room into an elegant space for formal parties and events. This luxurious ballroom features stunning laser-cut aluminum panels sourced from Portugal. Brushed in gold, the panels are artfully arranged on the ceiling to evoke the look of a tree canopy, creating a sophisticated and inviting atmosphere for guests.
