GCS-SIGAL, in a joint venture with RC Anderson, completed the construction of a new expansive warehouse space within a 130,000 SF slab-on-grade building constructed with precast walls. The facility includes offices, training and break rooms, and various support spaces.
The scope of work encompassed significant external development across 33 acres, involving extensive grading, excavation, driveways, and utility installations. Additionally, the parking lot is designed with rough-in provisions to accommodate future electric vehicle charging for Amazon delivery trucks.
