Diane’s House

Located in NW Washington, DC, Diane’s House provides housing, counseling, and life skills to women who are veterans, recovering from substance abuse, survivors of domestic violence, and returning citizens. GCS-SIGAL delivered a new four-story, multi-family affordable housing complex with a focus on permanent supportive housing, featuring 42 residential units designed to maximize space and natural light.

The layouts offer spacious bedrooms, modern bathrooms, and a kitchen flowing into the dining room and patio. Amenities include a conference room, gym, business center, community facilities, and on-site parking, ensuring vulnerable community members have a safe place to call home.
