Chapman Stables, listed on the National Register of Historic Buildings, has a rich history as a former coal storage facility, stables, and architectural salvage warehouse. GCS-SIGAL completed a renovation, expansion, and adaptive reuse of the historic structure, transforming it into a mixed-use complex with 114 luxury condominium units that celebrate its heritage while modernizing its amenities.

The renovated three-story building houses 36 units, while a newly constructed five-story addition contributes an additional 78 units, with floor plans ranging from 540 to 1,100 square feet. Residents can enjoy a variety of desirable amenities, including a spa, resident lounge, media and recreation room, garage, bike storage area, roof deck, grilling area, and an on-site restaurant, fostering a community-oriented living environment.
