GCS-SIGAL provided tenant fit-out services for the Washington, DC, Bureau of Al Jazeera Media Network, located just two blocks southwest of the vibrant Dupont Circle neighborhood. The first floor features three studios, control rooms, and equipment storage, while the second floor includes general office and support space, a master control room, a large equipment room, multiple edit suites, an insert studio, and a single news studio.

Construction involved a significant mechanical component to ensure 24/7 cooling of the new technical and broadcast spaces, and the building remained occupied and operational throughout the project.
