This multi-floor interior renovation took place in a historic building that was formerly home to the Spy Museum. The repositioning included the development of three full floors of spec suites and a complete lobby renovation.
Notable features of the project include historic masonry walls, solid surface countertops, dark cabinetry, industrial-style raw-steel doors with viewing portholes, interior glazing, a skylit atrium, a green wall, and more.
